摘要
目前我国食品行业中蔬菜水果的保鲜与储藏用气调保鲜库普遍存在控制系统自动化程度低、保鲜效果差的缺点。本文以温度控制为例详细讨论气调保鲜库环境控制中模糊控制器设计过程及算法实现,采用此模糊控制技术可极大地提高气调保鲜库控制系统的抗干扰能力。同时可实现对气调库内湿度、氧气、二氧化碳浓度的数据处理及控制。该保鲜箱自动控制系统完全能达到系统所要求的温度、湿度及氧气含量,得到令人满意的保鲜效果。
In our country, the automatic degree of the electronic controlling system is low and quality of fresh preservation is poor. The design and algorithms were discussed for the realization of fuzzy controller in controlled atmosphere storage taking temperature control for example. The fuzzily - control technology can enhance the anti - jamming ability of storehouse' s control system, and improve the fresh -keeping effects. The automatic control system based on fuzzy -control technique can reach the requirements of temperature, humidity and O2 controls.
