摘要
互动智能通信是人工智能与互动通信相结合的产物,是智能信息推拉(Intelligent Information Push-Pull,IIPP)技术的延伸和发展。通过实现互动智能通信,可以提高网络及数据库的智能水平,从根本上解决推送和拉取技术应用过程中所遇到的难题及如何从海量信息中提取有用信息,如何为不同用户提供个性化信息服务等问题。应用模糊综合评判法对用户个人偏好模型进行建模,提出用灰色关联度分析确定权重的方法,并用Java编程语言实现通过手机短信和电子邮件两种方式与用户进行互动,取得了良好的应用效果。
Mutual-move Intelligent Communication is the development based on the combination and integration of Artificial Intelligence and Mutual-move Communication, and it is extension and development of Intelligent Information Push-Pull. By implementing Mutual-move Intelligent Communication, it makes Internet and database more intelligent, and can solve the puzzled problems such as the disadvantages of information push and information pull, how to mine useful information from a large number of information, and how to provide all kinds of personalized services for different people. At the same time, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to build individual preference model, and the method using grey correlation analysis to define weight is put forward. Finally, two ways of mutual-move communication, SMS and E-mail, are fulfilled by Java, and good results are attained.
