摘要
本文提出使用普通镁炭耐火材料冶炼高品质钢时面临的增碳问题和镁炭耐火材料低碳化后出现抗热震性和抗渣渗透性变差的问题。评述了国外学者对低碳镁炭耐火材料发展所做的工作,指出今后发展低碳镁炭耐火材料的几点建议。
This paper describes there is a carbon pick- up problem for smelting grade steel by using conventional MgO - C refractories. With decreasing the carbon content of conventional MgO- C bricks, low carbon MgO- C refractories have serious disadvantages of thermal shock resistance and slag resistance. The paper discuses the research progress of low- carbon MgO -C refractories at abroad. Suggestions to develop the low carbon MgO- C refractories are provided.
