0.5%碘伏石蜡油纱用于烧伤创面处理的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察0.5%的碘伏石蜡油纱对烧伤创面处理的效果。方法选择我科收治烧伤患者56例,随机分为实验组(0.5%碘伏石蜡油组)30例和对照组(紫草油组)26例,观察了两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组(0.5%碘伏石蜡油组)的患者,从热感疼痛、消肿时间、创面感染、创面愈合均优于对照组(紫草油组)。结论0.5%碘伏石蜡油纱处理烧伤患者的创面,能缩短烧伤创面水肿、渗出时间,减少创面感染,并能促进创面的愈合,是一种较好的处理烧伤创面的临床方法。
