腰椎退变性疾病固定融合的选择 被引量：12

摘要 随着科学的进步，在腰椎固定融合方面，新的手术技术、内固定器械以及植骨材料层出不穷，但是否真正提高了腰椎疾病的治疗效果，目前尚存在争议。腰椎融合手术的方式主要有后外侧融合（posterolateral fusion，PLF）和椎体间融合（lumbar interbody fusion，LIF），依据手术入路的不同，椎体间融合又分为后外侧椎体间融合（PLIF）、经椎间孔椎体间融合（TLIF）、经前路椎体间融合（ALIF）、极外侧入路椎体间融合（XLIF）。深入探讨在治疗腰椎退变性疾病中选择固定融合方式很有必要。
