摘要
对国家果树种质郑州葡萄圃内的37个无核葡萄品种的16个描述性状和11个测量性状进行了调查,借助SPSS10.0统计软件对结果聚类分析,根据其性状相近程度,将供试的无核葡萄品种划分为3个品种群和5个亚群。同一品种群或亚群内的品种在形态特征上较为相似,遗传背景较为近似,利用不同品种群间的品种进行杂交有望提高无核葡萄育种效率。聚类分析结果可为无核葡萄育种中无核品种×无核品种杂交组合的亲本选择提供参考依据。
Sixteen ampelographic and eleven ampelometric traits of leaf, berry, and cluster were selected to make cluster analysis for 37 seedless grape cultivars in National Zhengzhou Grape Germplasm Resources Repository. The investigated data were analyzed by using the Statistic software of SPSS 10.0. The results showed that 37 seedless grape cultivars could be clustered into 3 groups and 5 subgroups. Group 1 has only one cultivar in it, Centennial Seedless. Group 2 consists of 8 European-American cultivars, including Bronx Seedless, Himrod, Suffolk red, Mars Seedless, Vanerssa Seedless, Lakemont, 40-1(KyohoxHimrod) and Queenora Seedless. Group 3 consists of 5 subgroups of 28 European cnltivars. Subgroup 3-1 has 4 cultivars, including Super Seedless, Zhengguodawuhe, Blush Seedless and Ruby Seedless. Subgroup 3-2 includes 60-1,74-6-1-1, Ai Shen Mei gui, Canad Seedless, Jin Sui Wu Zi Lu and Flame Seedless. Subgroup 3-3 has 3 cnltivars, Hongwuzilu, Jingzijing and Xiying. The biggest is Subgroup 3--4, which is made up of Barbar Rose, Black Monukka, Pedette, Ning Xia Wu He Bai, Thompson Seedless(A), Kichmich rose, Zaowuhebai, Jingzaojing, Thompson Seedless, Кцщмцм Ваткана, Янгч-Зр, Beauty Seedless, Kichmich and Madh pa fare. Subgroup 3-5 has only Dawuhezi cnltivar.
