摘要
川甜柿2号甜柿是从日本引进品种前川次郎优选单株培育出的早熟大果型甜柿优良品种。果实9月下旬成熟,扁圆形,果面橙红色,平均单果质量227g,均匀整齐;果肉黄红色,褐斑细小而少或无,肉质甜脆、爽口,果实成熟时可溶性固形物含量16%~18%,维生素C含量超过120mg/100g,可溶性单宁含量为0.032%,在树上完全自然脱涩。保脆期长,较耐贮运。与君迁子嫁接亲和力强,树体生长旺盛,早果、丰产,适应性广,抗病虫能力较强,较耐瘠薄及粗放管理,适合山地和丘陵地区种植。
Chuantianshi 2, a new early maturing sweet persimmon cuhivar,was developed from a superior line of Qianchunan Jiro introduced from Japan. Fruit mature in late September,and are almost uniform in size ,weighing 227 g on average ,oblate in shape,with red skin. The flesh is red-yellow in color with tiny brown spot ,and taste sweet and crisp. Contents of soluble solids,vitamin C and soluble tannin are 16% to 18%, 120 mg per 100 g of flesh and 0.032%, respectively. The fruits lose astringency naturally and edible directly ,and have longer shelf life. Chuantianshi 2 has a good compatibility with Date Plum rootstock, strong vigor of growth, high yield and early bearing. It is tolerant to diseases, pests, poor soil and low management, suitable for growing in hilly and mountainous areas.
