摘要
研究了在不同电流强度、处理时间和铝液处理量下,直流电处理对工业纯铝凝固组织的影响。实验结果表明,液态下施加直流电处理,可以细化工业纯铝的凝固组织,使粗大的柱状晶变为细小的等轴晶。处理参数不同,对铝锭宏观组织的细化程度不同:随着电流强度的增大,晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,当电流强度为20.5 A时,凝固组织基本为细小均匀的等轴晶;处理时间和铝液处理量对直流电处理也有较大的影响,只有在合适的条件下才能得到细小均匀的凝固组织。
Effects of direct current (DC) on the solidified structure of commercially pure aluminum were studied under different current intensity, treating time and aluminium mass. The experimental resultsshowthat the macrostructure of aluminum ingot was modified from coarse columnar dendrite to finer equiaxed grains after acting DC on liquid metal. The refinement of the solidification structures could be changed obviously under different DC parameters= with increase of current intensity, the grain size firstly reduced, then increased, and the macrostructure was changed to finest equiaxed grains when I=20.5 A. Treating time and aluminium mass have also a big effect on DC treatment, and the fine and uniform structure could be obtained only in a appropriate condition.
