摘要
本文综述了聚乳酸和多种氨基酸的共聚物———聚(乳酸-氨基酸)的分子设计、微球的制备方法、微球性能的表征方法。微球表面含有反应活性基团,并具有表面电荷,可以固定生物活性因子或吸附药物,在组织工程及药物缓释体系有着广泛的应用前景。
The molecule structure design of poly(lactide-amino acid) copolymers, the preparation methods and the characterizations of the copolymer microspheres (MS) are reviewed. There are reactive functional groups and surface charge on the surfaces of the microspheres, so bioactive moieties or drugs can be easily immobilized or adsorbed. The microspheres have wide application foreground in tissue engineering and drug-controlled- released system.
