摘要
通过测试与观察不同Er含量情况下,欠时效态1420合金板材的不同取向拉伸性能、变形织构和显微组织,研究了Er对1420合金板材力学性能各向异性的影响及其机制。结果表明,随着Er含量的增加,欠时效态1420合金板材力学性能各向异性显著增强,其原因是Er明显加强合金板材的变形织构B{011}〈211〉,促进时效析出相δ′的析出及长大,进而增大其颗粒尺寸和体积分数。
With the different Er additions, the tensile properties of under-aged 1420 alloy at different directions are tested, and the deformation texture and microstructure of the alloy observed, the effects and mechanisms of Er on the anisotropy of mechanical properties of 1420 alloy is studied. The results show that with Er addition increased, the anisotropy of mechanical properties of 1420 alloy is remarkably enhanced, which mainly result from that Er can greatly intensify the texture of B{011} (211), facilitate the precipitation and growth of δ′ phase, and further cause the larger size and higher volume fraction of δ′ phase.
