摘要
结合临床工作体会,从伦理学的角度探讨护士的品质,结合科尔伯格的道德发展阶段论,认为在护理工作中护士应紧跟护理学发展的需要,适应新时期的工作要求,具备良好的素质,培养自己多方面的工作能力,使护理工作更加人性化、规范化。
Combined with the clinic experience, the artical explores the quality of nurse with the angel of ethics. According to kohlberg＇s stage theory of moral development, it believes that nurse should keep pace with the development of nursing, should of their post, should possess benign quality and train personal skill, meet to need in order to make the nursing more humane and standard.
