摘要
阐述了利用光学波动法测量颗粒浓度的原理,并在实验的基础上,利用基于此原理的仪器对组合弯头后管内煤粉浓度分布做了测量研究,得出浓度分布规律:气固多相流在流经组合弯头连接部分时,截面上的浓度分布是对称的;两相流在管内沿着管道中轴线做旋转运动;整个流动过程中,不计其他因素的影响,多相流的浓度场分布是一个扩散的过程。
A novel basic method of measuring the gas-solid -phase flow was presented based on optic fluctuation theory. The experiments were carried out to determine the pulverized coal concentration distribution of the gas-solid two-phase flow after a combination of two elbows. The effect of two closely spaced elbows on distribution of the pulverized coal concentration was presented. The results show that concentration distribution in the cross section of the joint is symmetrical, the motion of the gas solid flow along the axial of the pipe is vortical, and the concentration distribution is a diffusive process.
