摘要
通过盆栽土培的方式研究了不同浓度Cd处理时耐性不同的2个基因型小白菜叶的POD、PPO及SOD的活性变化。结果表明:小白菜SOD和POD活性在一定范围内均随胁迫强度的增加而升高;PPO活性随Cd处理浓度的增大呈明显的上升趋势。3种酶呈现不同程度的积极性保护作用,且变化与其耐性一致。这说明POD、PPO、SOD活性的提高与维持是植物耐Cd胁迫的物质基础之一。
The activity change of POD, PPO and SOD of two varieties of pakchoi with different tolerance to Cd toxicity was studied under different Cd concentrations with pot cultivation experiment. The results indicated that the activity of SOD and POD rose with the increasing of stress intension in some range. The activity of PPO submitted obviously rising trend with external Cd levels. Three enzymes showed positive protect function at different extent, in accordance with the tolerance to Cd. This indicated that the activity change of POD, PPO and SOD was the foundation of the tolerance to Cd stress.
