高温对细胞骨架的影响 被引量:4

摘要 肿瘤是一类严重危害人类健康的疾病,目前临床上针对肿瘤的治疗方法较多,主要包括放疗、化疗、介入等等。近20年来,随着相关研究的不断深入及热疗设备的开发研制,高温热疗在肿瘤治疗领域获得了迅猛发展,如采用温和性高温诱发肿瘤细胞死亡已成为目前最热门的研究课题之一。
