摘要
近几十年来,我国汽车产业发展取得了巨大的成绩,在中国汽车产业逐渐融入国际汽车市场和产业发展潮流之时,培育强大的国际竞争力的任务迫在眉睫。采用产业组织理论的“结构一行为一绩效”分析框架,考察我国汽车工业产业组织状况,我国汽车工业的市场结构属于行政管制条件下的寡头垄断;市场行为的竞争性不强,但在入世后呈加剧趋势;市场绩效表现为较高的利润率和缓慢的技术进步。为此,我国相关的产业组织政策应当进行调整。
While China's automobile industry is gradually catching the trend of the international automobile market and industrial development in automobiles, it is an urgent task to cultivate the strong international competitive power. This article adopts the framework of "structure-behavior-performance" in industrial organization theory to survey the current status of the industrial organizations in China's automobile industry. It is found out that the market structure of China's automobile industry is the oligopoly under executive control; the previously weak competition of market behaviors has started to intensify after China's entry into WTO; and as for market performance, the profits are relatively high and the technological progress is slow. Therefore, some adjustments have to be made concerning industrial organization policies.
