摘要
要建立和谐社会,必须要有和谐的劳资关系作基础。从西方劳资关系由激烈对抗趋于制度化、法律化的历史演变的启示,对转型期我国企业劳资矛盾的突出表现及其原因进行剖析,提出构建我国企业和谐劳资关系的治本之策。
A harmonious society must be based on harmonious labor relations. This paper, in the light of the evolution of Western labor relations from aggressive confrontation to systematization and legalization, analyzes the prominent conflicts in labor relations of Chinese enterprises during the period of transition, as well as the reasons, and suggests effective ways of establishing harmonious labor relations for Chinese enterprises.
