摘要
为了研究弱凝胶在多孔介质中的流动规律及其提高采收率机理,采用线性填砂模型、平面填砂模型和微观透明填砂模型进行了宏观和微观的系统试验研究。线性填砂模型的研究结果表明,弱凝胶在多孔介质中有较强的流动性能和传播性能。由平面填砂模型试验得出,弱凝胶主要是通过降低高渗透层的渗透率来提高注入水的波及系数,从而提高采收率的。在微观透明填砂模型试验中,运用数字显微镜观察了弱凝胶在岩心薄片中的运移过程,发现弱凝胶受到岩石颗粒的拉伸和剪切作用及水的稀释作用,存在弥散现象;在弱凝胶注入大孔道初期,高渗透区域的渗透率暂时降低,但随着水驱的继续,弱凝胶的强度降低,并被水驱出大孔道或高渗透区域。分析了弱凝胶在孔隙介质中的运移过程和形态变化,认为弱凝胶的主要作用是驱,而调只是前期或暂时作用。
In order to study the flow regularity and enhancing recovery mechanism of weak gel in pore medium,the linear sand-packed model, areal sand-packed model and microscopic transparent sand-packed model are applied to systematic experiments on the macroscopic and microscopic. The results of the linear sand-packed model show that the weak gel has strong carrying and flowing quality in pore medium. Areal sand-packed model experiment indicates that the weak gel can enhance the sweep efficiency of injected water by decreasing the high permeability and then enhance oil recovery. In the microscopic transparent sand-packed model experiment,digital microscope is applied to observing migration process of the weak gel in core wafer. It finds that the weak gel is sheared and pulled by rock particles and is diluted by water. The dispersion phenomenon appears. In early period of the weak gel injection to big channel, the permeability of high -permeability area falls temporarily, but the weak gel is displaced from the big channel or the high-permeability area by water along with the reduce of weak gel strength in waterflood-ing. The migration progress and morphologic variation of the weak gel in the pore medium are analyzed. The main action of the weak gel is flooding oil, and the profile control is short - lived and tem-porary.
