摘要
目的:对比沙棘籽油和果汁油对肝损伤小鼠的影响。方法:采用四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤模型,分别喂以不同浓度的沙棘籽油和果油,45 d后检测小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力变化。结果:一定剂量的沙棘籽油和果油能提高实验性肝损伤小鼠肝脏SOD活力,抵抗血清中ALT的升高,且在剂量范围内高剂量作用好于低剂量、籽油的作用略优于果油。结论:一定剂量的沙棘籽油和果油有抵抗小鼠肝损伤的作用,存在剂量效应,籽油作用略优于果油。
Objective: A study was carried out to investigate the effects of seed oil and sarcocarp oil of Hippophae rhamnoides on rats with expedmental hepatocirrhosis, and comparison between the two. Method: A rat model of experimental hepatocirrhosis was set up by feeding CCl4. Different concentration of seed oil and sarcocarp oil of H. rhamnoides were feed to those rats for 45 d, then the changes of activity of ALT in serum and SOD in liver were measured. Result: Both of seed oll and sarcocarp oil can control the increase of ALT in serum and the decrease of SOD evidently, and the effect of seed oil was turn out to be a little better than sarcocarp oil. Conclusion: Seed oil was more effective than sarcocarp oil of H. rhamnoides in alleviating liver injury caused by CCl4.
