摘要
用活性炭负载磷钨酸催化合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮,考察了催化剂的用量、反应温度、反应时间、酮醇物质的量比及带水剂等因素对反应的影响,实验表明,在n(环己酮)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.8,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量分数的0.84%、环己烷为带水剂和反应时间30 m in条件下,环己酮乙二醇缩酮的收率可达88.73%。催化剂可重复使用。
Cyclohexanone glycol ketal was synthesized from cyclohexanone and glycol in the presence of phosphotungstic acid supported on activated carbon. Factors influencing yield of the product were discussed and optimum reaction condition was obtained as follows: n(cyclohexanone) : n(glycol) = 1.0: 1.8, catalyst dosage = 0.84% of the mass of the reactants, cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent, reaction time 30 min. Product yield of 88.73% was attained.
