摘要
以军需棉织物为主要材料,对其进行不同的预处理然后喷墨印花,分析了预处理中碳酸氢钠、尿素、硫酸铵和增稠剂CMC用量及墨水中活性染料种类、pH值和保湿剂用量对印花固色率的影响.结果表明,预处理时加入适量的碳酸氢钠、尿素浓度为10g/L、增稠剂CMC浓度为2.5~3.0%、硫酸铵浓度大于2.0%,并选用合适的活性染料和较高的保湿剂浓度配制印花墨水,控制pH值在5.5~6.5,可满足军需纺织品对固色率的要求.
The pretreated military cotton fabric was undergone ink jet printing. Factors affecting the fixation rate were analyzed, such as the dosage of sodium bicarbonate, urea, ammonia sulfate, thickening agent CMC, and reactive dye in ink, pH value and dosage of humectants. As a result, adding suitable dosage of sodium bicarbonate, urea 10 g/L, CMC 2..5 ~ 3.0 %, ammonia sulfate 〉 2.0 % during pretreatment, and printing ink preparation with suitable reactive dye and higher concentration of humectants, controlling pH value between 5.5 to 6.5, can meet the requirement of fixation rate to military textiles.
