摘要
选用4头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的土地山羊为试验动物,按4×4拉丁方试验设计,进行了苹果酸(5g、10g、15g)对山羊瘤胃内挥发性脂肪酸浓度动态变化影响的研究。结果表明,在0.12h内,10g和15g添加组的pH值始终高于6.0,分别比对照组提高了0.16—0.27和0.19-0.41。10g和15g处理组的丙酸浓度几乎在12h内均高于对照组。4h时,10g和15g处理组的丙酸浓度分别比对照组提高了22%(P〈0.05)和23%(P〈0.05)。10g和15g处理组的丙酸比例在0-12h内分别比对照组提高了21%-56%和22%-61%,10g和15g处理组的乙丙比在0-12h内分别比对照组降低了21%-41%和21%-43%。结果表明,苹果酸降低了瘤胃液乙丙比,改变了瘤胃发酵类型。
Four goats with permanent rumen fistulae were used by a 4 × 4 latin square design to investigate the effect of malate (5 g、10 g、15 g) on the dynamics of rumen VFA concentrations in goats. The results showed that the pH of 10g and 15g treatments were always higher than 6.0 and were 0.16 - 0.27 and 0.19 - 0.41 higher than that of the control in Oh to 12 h respectively. The propionate concentration of 10g and 15 g treatments were higher than that of the control in 12h. The propionate concentration of 10g and 15g treatments were 22% (P〈0.05) and 23% (P〈0.05) higher than the control at 4h respectively. The propionate percentage of 10g and 15g treatments were 21% - 56% and 22% - 61% higher than that of the control in 12 hours, respectively. The acetate to propionate ratio of 10g and 15g treatments were 21% -41% and 21% -43% lower than that of the control in 12 hours respectively. The results showed that realate reduced the ratio to acetate to propionate in rumen and changed rumen fermentation type.
