摘要
研究了自行制备的桐油-硼酸双改性酚醛树脂(PF)对摩擦材料性能的影响机理,表明通过树脂的改性,能直接改善无石棉编织摩擦材料的主要性能。对改性树脂进行了耐热性测试分析,与传统的油溶性树脂相比,热失重明显下降。所浸渍的无石棉制动带产品试样,分别按GB/T11834-2000标准和美国汽车工程师协会(SAEJ661)标准进行了测试,其抗热衰退温度比传统树脂制动带摩擦材料提高了近50℃,高温磨损率也明显下降。
The influence mechanism of the tung oil and boric acid ,double improved phenolic resin (PF) which was prepared by ourselves,was studied, and the result indicated that the modified resin can directly improves the main performance of the non-absestos weave friction nuptial. The heat-resistant capability analysis of modified resin also indicated that the hot weightlessness is obvious drop compared with the traditional oil soluble resin. The soakage specimen of non-absestos brake band was passed the test according to GB/T11834-2000 standard and American automobile engineer association (SAEJ661) standard, it increased the hot decline temperature by nearly 50℃, and it's high temperature rate of wear also obviously dropped.
