摘要
通过对离体茎段的培养,建立了驱蚊草快繁体系。丛生芽诱导的培养基是MS+IBA(0.1 mg/L)+KT(1 mg/L);继代培养的最适培养基为MS+IBA(0.4 mg/L)+KT(1 mg/L);生根培养基为1/2MS。
By studying the culture of the detached stems of Mozzie buster, the fast reproductive system had been established. The medium for the initiation of rosette buds was MS medium supplemented with 0.1 mg/L IBA and 1 mg/L KT. The most suitable medium for subculture was MS medium supplemented with 0.4mg/L 1BA and lmg/L KT and 1/2MS medium was recommended for the rooting of shoots.
