摘要
本文合成了新显色剂2-(8-喹啉偶氮)-咪唑(QAI),测定了试剂的离解常数。研究了QAI与CO(Ⅱ)的显色反应,在pH3.0~7.0的缓冲介质中,QAI与CO(Ⅱ)形成1∶3的红色配合物,λmax=530nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=3.67×104L.mol-1.cm-1,钴量在0~25μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。该法的优点是选择性高和操作简便,做了较大量的Cu(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ),Zn(Ⅱ),Al(Ⅲ).Mn(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)不干扰测定试验。应用于茶叶和维生素B12中微量钴的测定,取得了令人满意的结果。
A new reagent 2-(8-quinolyla20)-imidazole (QAI) is synthesized. The properties of the reagent and its color reaction with cobalt(Ⅱ ) are studied. In a PH3. 0~7. 0 buffer solution,CO(Ⅱ ) reacts with QAI to form a 1: 3 stable complex,which shows a maximum absorption at 530 urn with an apparent absorptitity of 3. 67 × 104 L. mol ̄(-1). cm ̄(-1). Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~25 μg CO(Ⅱ ) /25 ml. The high seleetire and simple method is directly applied to determination of miroamounts of cobalt in tea and vitamine B_(12) injection. The results are satisfied.
