摘要
Wistar孕鼠24只,随机等分为3组,于妊娠5天~18天分别接受100dB(A)、85dB(A)和<50dB(A)(对照组)的稳态噪声刺激,观察仔代出生后生长发育情况。结果:100dB(A)组仔鼠出生体重、身长显著低于对照组仔鼠,嗅觉、神经肌肉发育延迟,紧张性情感较对照组高,学习记忆能力低于对照组仔鼠。提示:100dB(A)的孕期噪声暴露,可对仔鼠行为发育产生一定影响。
To observe the effects of noise on offsprings' behavior development, 24 pregnant wistar rats were respectively exposed to 100 dB(A), 85 dB(A) and less 50 dB(A) SPL steady noise among 5~18 pregnant days. The results showed: 100 dB(A) noise group had a lower birth weight and birth length than control group. The 100 dB(A) group's offsprings had some retard tendency in sensation temper and neuro-muscle development, and their growth of learning and memory were slower than the control's. The results suggested that 100 dB(A) SPL noise exposure could effect the offsprings' behavior development.
