摘要
本文详细介绍了一种描述圆柱轮廓形状误差几何特征的勒让德/傅里叶模型(LF)。提出了基于勒让德-高斯积分和傅里叶变换相结合的模型参数离散辨识方法,并指出了参数辨识结果的非等精度特性。最后,采用“二次测量法”对所建轮廓模型的合理性,即测量点数的充分性进行判别,并在三座标测量机上进行了实际测量实验验证。
Legendre/Fourier Harmonics (LF) model of form error for a cylinder is introduced. The model parameter discrete identification method based on Legendre-Gausse integral and Fourier transform is discussed. It is pointed out for the first time that the estimated values of LF parameters are non-equal precise, then a method called "Bi-measurement Evaluation Method" is applied to judge the rationality of the model and the number of sampling points. All above are tested through real measurement in a CMM.
