摘要
为了解决目前实际生产中竹节纱外观3要素等参数检测效率较低、准确率不高的缺点,文章提出了一种新的快速检测方法,采用电容传感器检测纱线截面粗细变化数据,利用数据采集卡对检测到的原始数据进行模数转换,再用软件对转换后的数据进行处理,从而自动识别出竹节纱的竹节倍数、竹节间距、竹节长度、基纱号数等外观参数。并在此基础上建立了一套可靠的识别系统。实验证明,此方法可以在一定程度上代替传统的人工检测。
In order to solve lower efficiency, lower accuracy of slub yarn' s testing, this paper describes a new and quick method to detect slub yam' s apparent parameters by DAQ( Data Acquisition Card). It uses capacitance sensor to inspect variable signal of yarn sections and makes A-D change to material data by DAQ. After that, Software-analysis is used to analyze and come out the apparent parameters, such as basal number of slub yarn, slub multiple, distance between slubs, and so on. A set of reliable recognition system is set up on this base, the test showes it can effectively instead conventional measurement.
