摘要
概述了国外海水防污技术的发展及洛阳船舶材料研究所电解防污技术的研究水平，重点介绍了该技术在船舶、海滨电厂和沿海工厂的推广应用，并指出了其广阔的应用前景。
A brief description of the development of electrolyzing seawater antifouling technique abroad is given and the status in this respect in our institute is also introduced. This paper gives emphasis on the applications of the technique in ships, seashore power plants and coastal ptants with its wide application prospect pointed.
