运用Merocel止血棉与肺炎链球菌建立大鼠急性鼻腔鼻窦炎模型 被引量:5

Combination of Merocel Sponge with Streptococcus Pneumoniae to Establish Rat Model of Acute Rhinosinusitis

摘要 目的探讨运用 Merocel 止血棉与肺炎链球菌建立大鼠急性鼻腔鼻窦炎模型。方法 80只 SD 大鼠随机分为实验组(40只)和对照组(40只)。实验组左侧鼻腔均置入 Merocel 止血棉,同时滴加肺炎链球菌菌液;对照组鼻腔单纯滴加菌液。两组均于接种后第4、8、12、16、20、28、36、42 d 处死,每次5只。观察鼻腔鼻窦炎性浸润情况。结果实验组接种细菌4 d 后鼻腔鼻窦出现大量红细胞渗出,第8 d 出现炎性细胞浸润,第12~16 d 达到高峰,第20 d 炎症开始减轻,第28~42 d 仍持续有炎症表现。对照组在8~12 d 有炎症表现,至20d 炎症基本消退,造模不稳定。结论运用 Merocel 止血棉作为肺炎链球菌的载体可建立稳定的大鼠急性细菌性鼻腔鼻窦炎模型。该法简便可靠。 Purpose To develop a rat model of acute rhinusinusitis by combination of Merocel sponge with Streptococcus pneumoniae. Methods Eighty SD rats were divided into experimental group (40) and control group (40). The left noses of experimental group were treated with merocel strips and pneumoniae and only pneumoniae in control group. Each 5 rats of the two groups were sacrificed at day 4,8, 12, 16,20,28,36 and 42. Neutrophil clusters of the noses were observed. Results The experimental group had significant erythrocyte exudation on day 4;. neutrophil were emerged on day 8; from day 12 to 16, the neutrophil clusters reached the peak; the inflammation began to rehef from day 20; and there was still the inflammation from day 28 to 42. The inflammation of control group appeared on day 8 and 12, and disappeared on day 20, the model was not stable. Conclusion Combination of Merocel sponge with streptococcus pneumoniae can establish acute bacterial rhinusinusitis model successfully and stably, and this method is easy and reliable.
