略论中国高校改革的“泛数字化”现象及未来发展目标

摘要 中国近年的高校改革运动开展得轰轰烈烈,然而却出现了一种值得注意的“泛数字化现象”,在表面繁荣的“数字”背后,中国高校未来的理念、符合教育规律和学术规律的理想目标,则日益淡化。本文认为:中国高校发展改革的最终目标,应是专家治校、学术至上,并且富有个性特色。 A notable phenomenon "pan quantity" has emerged from China' higher education reform. Beneath the superficially tremendous quantity, the future ideal of Chinese colleges and goals in accord with educational and academic cause has been submerged gradually. This paper is to focus on: the ultimate goals of Chinese colleges reform must be that experts manage colleges, academic activities are paramount and the reform presents its own characteristic feature.
