摘要
考虑压电材料非线性本构关系,建立了旋转式超声电机定子的非线性动力学模型,利用解析与数值方法研究超声电机定子的主共振响应,以揭示压电材料非线性本构关系对定子振动特性的影响,为深入研究旋转行波超声电机的动力学机理奠定基础.
A nonlinear dynamic model of the stator of ultrasonic motor was established while considering the nonlinear constitutive relations of piezoelectric materials, Analytical and numerical methods were used to analyze the primary resonance of the stator of ultrasonic motor. The relationship between characteristics of the solution and parameters of the stator was given and the results make a foundation for further study of rotary traveling wave ultrasonic motor.
