摘要
就建立造林质量控制平台,完善工程技术、改革工程管理和强化森林经营等方面进行了调查研究,提出了做到“六个突破”,实现“六个转变”,逐步提高贵州省造林质量和森林培育质量的措施.
Investigations were made for the studies on establishing forestation quality - control platform, perfecting engineering technology, innovating project administration and enforcing forest tending and management. Targets aiming at accomplishing ＂six breakthroughs＂ and ＂six transformations＂ were put forward in order to improve forestation quality and forest cultivation in Guizhou Province.
