摘要
介绍了中国石油兰州石化分公司以乙烯装置裂解碳四为原料的45 kt/a乙腈法抽提丁二烯装置改扩建工程设计的成功经验,着重叙述了工艺设计和塔内件设计应注意的问题。改造中将两级普通精馏流程由先脱轻后脱重改为先脱重后脱轻,脱重系统采用廉价的亚硝酸钠(NaNO2)水溶液替代原昂贵的叔丁基邻苯二酚(TBC)作阻聚剂。改造后装置处理能力增加,能耗和生产成本降低。两年多的生产实践证明,该工艺设计是成功的,达到了预期效果。
The 45,000 TPY butadiene extraction unit of acetonitrile process using cracked C4s from ethylene cracker as feed has been successfully expanded in PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. The engineering experience is discussed and process design and precautions in design of tower internals are highlighted. In the revamp, the two-stage rectification process was revamped into a process of removing heavier hydrocarbons first followed by lighter hydrocarbon removal. In the heavier hydrocarbon removal system, cheap aqueous NaNO2 was used as polymerization retarder in replacement of TBC. The revamp has expanded the unit ca- pacity and lowered the operating costs. The 2 years'operation has proven that the process design for the unit is successful.
