摘要
在ICP-AES基础上用标准加入法测量了钢中的磷.采用多谱线拟合法(MSF)来校正存在在严重干扰的P213.617 nmP、214.914 nm谱线,比较后选择P214.914 nm谱线作为检测线.测试分析表明:此法具有方便、准确、快速等优点,能满足分析测试的要求.
The phosphors in iron and steel were determined by ICP-AES with standard additions. The method of calibration for the P213. 617 nm and P214. 914 nm with seriously spectrum interference by multi-component spectral fitting (MSF) is introduced. P214.914 nm is selected as analytical line base on comparison with P213.617 nm and P214.914 nm. The test proved this method is convenient,accurate, simple, rapid and applicable.
