摘要
目的:观察丹皮多糖-2b(PSM-2b)对糖尿病大鼠心肌病变的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)的方法复制大鼠糖尿病模型,观察PSM-2b对糖尿病大鼠肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、层黏连蛋白(LN)及心肌超微结构的影响。结果:PSM-2b能够升高糖尿病大鼠血清CK水平,降低LDH和PCⅢ水平,抑制糖尿病大鼠心肌病变。结论:PSM-2b对糖尿病大鼠心肌病变具有保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Polysacharides-2b from Mudan Cortex(PSM-2b) on diabetic cardiomyopathy in rats. Methods: The rat model was induced by intraperitoneal injection streptozotocin (STZ). The level of type Ⅲ procollagen ( PC Ⅲ), laminin ( LN), creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and the uhrastructure of cardiac muscle were observed. Results: PSM-2b could decrease the level of LDH and PC Ⅲ, increase the level of CK, and restrain the myocardial pathological changes. Conclusion: PSM-2b has the protective effect on diabetic cardiomyopathy in rats.
