摘要
美国少数民族学业成绩的多样性是美国教育面临的最大困境。本文试图通过介绍和评价美国教育人类学家奥格布的文化参照框架的差异理论对这一问题的解释和对策,以期为解决我国民族教育发展不平衡问题提供某些借鉴。
The Diversity of academic achievement of minorities is a main educational problem in the United States. In order to explain and resolve the problem, John U. Ogbu, an American educational anthropologist, has presented “Differences in Cultural Frame of Reference.” This paper introduces and evaluates his perspective in the hope of providing some valuable information for solving the imbalance in the education for the minorities in China.
