摘要
从实践的角度,论述了医疗保险领域的市场失灵和政府干预的原因和后果,强调要消除市场失灵对医疗保险领域的负面影响,政府必须居于主导地位。
Thls paper concretely discusses market malfunction and governmental intervention in medical insurance field from the angle of practical application. It points out the reasons why there exist market malfunction and governmental intervention in medical insurance field. Moreover,the paper draws the conclusion that in order to eliminate the negative effects of market malfunction,the governmens should play the leading role.
