褪黑素对大鼠应激性胃粘膜损伤的保护作用及其机理 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨中枢褪黑素(MT)对大鼠应激性胃粘膜损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法采用束缚-冷应激复制大鼠应激性溃疡模型,通过脑立体定位仪进行侧脑室注射,检测各组大鼠胃溃疡指数(UI)、胃粘膜血流量(GMBF)、胃液量和胃液酸度。结果与正常组比较,应激组UI增大,GMBF下降,胃液量和胃液酸度升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。MT+应激组UI减小,GMBF增多,胃液量和胃液酸度降低,与应激组和生理盐水(NS)+应激组比较差异有显著性,P<0.05、P<0.01。结论中枢MT对胃粘膜损伤有保护作用,其机制与增加胃粘膜血流量及抑制胃酸分泌有关。 Objective To investigate the protective role of central melat-onin(MT) in stress gastile mucosa injury in rats and its mechanism. Methods The stress ulcer model was established by constraint-cold stress method. The drugs were injected into lateral ventricle of cerebrum by the brain stereotaxie frame. The uleer index(UI), gastrie mucosa blood flow(GMBF), the volume and aeidity of gastrie fluid were measured in rats of every group. Results compared with normal control group, the stress group showed an inerease in the UI and the volume and aeidity of gastrie fluid, and a decrease in GMBF (P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01). In the MT+stress group, the UI was deereased and GMBF was increased, while the volume and aeidity of gastrie fluid deelined. When MT+stress group was compared with the stress group and the normal saline (NS) +stress group, the differenee was significant(P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01). Conclusion Central MT has a protective role in gastrie mucosa injury, it is related to the inerease in blood flow of gastrie mucosa and the inhibition the exeretion of gastrie aeid.
