摘要
采用无溶剂微波固相法,合成了meso-苯基四苯并卟啉锌(Zn-PnTBP,n=1,2,3,4),通过紫外-可见光谱表征了其结构。结果表明原料配比、研磨时间、微波辐射时间等对反应的主要产物和产率都有很大影响,最终确定了形成Zn-PnTBP的最佳条件:n(邻苯二甲酰亚铵)∶n(苯乙酸)∶n(乙酸锌)=1.0∶1.4∶0.8、研磨时间为5 min,在中等微波辐射下反应13 min,产率达到28%。
meso-Phenyl substituted tetrabenzoporphyrinato-zinc (Zn-P.TBP) were prepared by microwave irradiating on the reactant mixture of phthalimide,phenylacetic acid and zinc acetate. The products were characterized by UV-Vis determination. Experimental results indicated that the ratio of reactants, grinding time and microwave irradiation time had great influence on the main product and its yield. The optimum conditions for Zn-P.TBP were determined in the end.
