氯乙酸是一种重要的有机化工原料,对皮肤具有较强的腐蚀性,可经破损皮肤吸收,引起脑、肝、肾、肺、心脏等多种器官损害。该文介绍了氯乙酸烧伤中毒病理、致突变性以及氯乙酸烧伤救治方法。
Chloroacetic acid is an important material used in the organic - chemistry industry. It has strong corrosiveness to skin and can cause brain, liver, kidney, lung and myocardium injuries via burned skin. This paper has given an introduction of the toxicological pathology and mutagenicity of chloroacetic acid as well as the treating strategies the burned cases by chloroacetic acid.
