摘要
文章简要介绍了搅拌摩擦焊技术的原理、特点及应用,分析了当前铝合金列车焊接中存在的问题及其造成的影响,并对“ALJOIN,”“EuroStir”以及“GSP”等国际上涉及到铝合金列车制造的重大项目做了介绍和总结。结合中国搅拌摩擦焊中心目前在轨道车辆制造中所具备的技术能力,分析了今后新型高速列车制造中连接技术的发展趋势。
This paper briefly presents the principle,features and industrial application of friction stir welding,revealed the nowadays problems and their effects of aluminum rail vehicle manufacturing, and reviews aome international projects concerning about aluminum rail vehicle body fabrication such as ALJOIN ,EuroStir and GSP. Combined with the technical accumulations and advances of China FSW Center at present, the development trend of joining technology of the new type high-speed rail vehicle manufacturing is summarized in this paper.
