归芍浓缩丸中芍药内酯苷和芍药苷的含量测定 被引量:5

摘要 目的建立归芍浓缩丸中芍药内酯苷和芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(RP—HPLC)法测定归芍浓缩丸中芍药内酯苷和芍药苷的含量。色谱条件:用C18分析柱,以乙腈0.05%冰醋酸溶液(17:83)为流动相,检测波长为230nm,选样量为20斗l。结果高效液相色谱法测定芍药内酯苷在0.67—2.02μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0、9998),平均回收率为100、5%,RSD=0.29%(n=7);芍药苷在0.41—1.63μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为101.2%,RSDO.37%(n=7)。结论该方法简便快速、精密度高、准确度好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。 Objective To establish methods for the determination of albiflorin and paeoniflorin in Guishao Concentrated Pills. Methods The content of albiflorin and paeoniflorin in Guishao Concentrated Pills were determined with HPLC. HPLC analytical method was carried out using a C18 column and a mixture containing 17 volume of acetonitrile and 83 volume of 0.05% acetic acid as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 230nm. Results The linear range of albiflorin was 0.67 - 2.02 p.g (r = 0.999 8) and its average recovery was 100.5% and RSD was 0.29%. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.41- 1.63 ixg (r =0.999 9) and its average recovery was 101.2% and RSD was 0.37%. Conclusion The method is simple, quick, highly precise and accurate for HPLC to control the quality of Guishao Concenirated Pills.
