血清胱抑素水平在肝硬化、肿瘤及肾病患者检测中的临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血清胱抑素水平在评价肝硬化、肿瘤及肾病患者中肾功能损害程度的应用价值。方法选择30例健康对照者,50例肝硬化、46例肿瘤、56例肾脏疾病患者,同时标本采样检测患者血清胱抑素C(cystatin C)浓度、血尿素氮(BUN)和血肌酐(Scr)值,计算内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)。结果在肝硬化、肿瘤和肾病患者中,血清胱抑素C浓度与Ccr成负相关关系(r分别为-0.62、-0.74、-0.71,P均<0.01),且BUN、Scr、cystatin C均比对照组高,Ccr比对照组低(P均<0.01)。结论血清胱抑素水平能作为肝硬化、肿瘤及肾病患者疾病发展过程中肾功能损害的检测指标,对反映肾功能状况有应用价值。
