摘要
在城市化进程中,由于工业园区用地的低地价,造成园区点多面广、难成规模、大量浪费土地资源及破坏自然环境等现象普遍存在。为改变这种粗放型的经济增长模式,园区建设必须走集约化与城市化和谐统一的发展道路。
During the course of urbanization, lower price of land takes responsibility for misusing urban land, and dispersal of industrial districts, eventually wasting plenty of land and destructing natural environment. In order to transform such an extensive economic mould, intensification and urbanization should be well coordinated in construction of industrial district.
