当前世界错综复杂的国际形势、国内的一些不稳定因素以及奥运会规模庞大的特点等,都将对北京奥运会的安全举办提出挑战。2008年北京奥运能否成功,安全保障问题首当其冲、安全保障问题责任重大。如何把2008年北京奥运会办成世界上最出色的一届奥运会,安全是重要条件之一。我国应该把奥运会的安全保障与法制环境建设有机地结合起来,要利用奥运精神共建法制软环境,消除一切不安全的社会因素,尽可能降低奥运会不安全事件的发生。
