国外高层管理团队研究综述 被引量:27

摘要 自从Hambrick和Mason提出“高层梯队理论”以来,关于高层管理团队的研究取得了大量的成果,对这些成果进行了综述。已有的高层管理团队的研究在两个方向展开,一个是直接研究高层管理团队的特征与企业战略选择、组织绩效的关系,另一个是研究团队组成、团队运作过程与组织绩效的关系。分析了已有研究存在的局限,提出了对未来研究的展望。
