摘要 采用高效液相色谱法建立杜仲果仁中桃叶珊瑚苷的含量测定方法,探讨了不同提取溶剂和提取方法对测定结果的影响。结果表明:以甲醇做提取溶剂,采用冷浸法多次提取,效果最佳。此法样品处理简单,线性范围宽,重现性好,精密度高,效果令人满意,对于杜仲籽的质量控制具有一定的指导意义。 A method to determine aucubin in Eucommia seed had been established with high performance liquid chromatography. The influence of extracting method and extracting solvent to determination result was also investigated. The results indicate that the effect is best when aucubin is extracted several times by methanol in room temperature from Eucommia seed. The method to deal with sample is simple. The method is feasible, accurate and satisfying. It is simple to operate and can be applied to the quality control of Eucommia seed.
