摘要
用胆固醇喂家兔塑造动脉粥样硬化（ＡＳ）模型，观察脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白Ｂ与抗氧化酶［红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ）］脂质过氧化物的关系。结果表明：高胆固醇血症高载脂蛋白Ｂ血症抑制抗氧化酶活性，促使自由基和脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）堆积，使ＬＤＬ氧化修饰为Ｏ－ＬＤＬ。Ｏ－ＬＤＬ通过清道夫受体摄入，引起细胞内胆固醇堆积，促进Ａ８的形成。
Atberosclerotic model of rabbit was established by feeding cholesterol.The relation between lipoprotein-cholesterol,apolipoprotein B(ApoB)and lipid peroxidation(LPO),antioxidative enzyme(SOD、GSH-Px)activity was observed.The results showed that hypercholesterolemia and hyperapolipoproteinemia B inhibited the activity of antioxidative enzyme and caused the accumulation of free radicals.LDL was modified to form O-LDL that could be recognized by scavenger receptor,resulting in the accumulation of cholesterol ester in cells,which might promote the formation of AS.
