摘要
随着生活水平的不断提高,许多老年人投身到体育锻炼中来。尽管这些老人多从事较小强度的运动项目熏但不正确的运动方式不仅达不到锻炼的目的,还有可能导致许多疾病熏特别是易造成软组织损伤。通过对老年人的生理特点,分析老年人发生损伤的特点,并针对运动损伤的发病原因提出老年运动损伤的有效预防措施。
Along with the living standard unceasing enhancement,more and more many senior citizens start to pursue the healthy civilized the life style, expected achieves be in good health through the movement the wish. Many senior citizens join in the physical training. Although these old people are engaged in litlle movement project.but not the correct mode of motion not only cannot achieve the exercise the target,but aiso has the possibility to cause many diseases, is specially easy to create the soft tissue damage. Through to senior citizen's physiological characteristic,analyzes the senior citizen to have the damage characteristic, and aims at the movement damage to arise the reason to propose the old age movement damage valid preventive measure.
