摘要
为了解过氧化氢消毒液使用的安全性,采用动物试验法对其急性毒性、亚急性毒性和皮肤粘膜刺激性进行了观察。结果,该过氧化氢消毒液对大、小鼠急性经口LD50均>5000 mg/kg。各剂量诱导的骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率与阴性对照组比较无显著性差异,无致微核作用。该消毒液原液对兔完整皮肤及眼无刺激性,对兔破损皮肤有轻刺激性,对兔阴道粘膜有轻刺激性。亚急性毒性试验各剂量组动物生长发育良好,体重增加正常;试验组动物血常规指标中血红蛋白有一定下降,但仍在本实验室正常值范围内;各剂量组动物血生化指标与阴性对照组比较无显著性差异;试验动物各脏器均未见明显病理改变。结论,过氧化氢消毒液属实际无毒,无致微核作用,对兔完整皮肤及眼无刺激性,对兔破损皮肤及兔阴道粘膜有极轻刺激性,亚急性毒性试验未发现异常。
In order to know the safety of use of hydrogen peroxide disinfection solution, animal test was used to observe its acute toxicity, subacute toxicity and irritation to skin and mucous membrane. Results: The acute oral LD50 of the hydrogen peroxide disinfection solution in both rats and mice was 〉 5000 mg/kg. The micronucleus rates of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes induced by various doses were not significantly different from those in negative control group, indicating that it has no effect of inducing micronucleus. The hydrogen peroxide disinfection solution stack solution was not irritating to rabbit intact skin and eye and was slightly irritating to rabbit abraded skin and vaginal mucosa. In subacute toxicity test, the animals of various dosage groups grew and developed well and gained weight normally. The hemoglobin of blood routine indexes in animals of test group decreased to a certain degree, but it was still within the normal range of this laboratory. The biochemical indexes of animals in various dosage groups were not significantly different from those in the negative control group. No obvious pathological change in organs of test animals was seen. Conclusion: The hydrogen peroxide disinfection solution was practically non - toxic, non - irritating to rabbit intact skin and eye and slightly irritating to damaged skin and rabbit vaginal mucosa. It did not induce micronucleus formation. Subacute toxicity test did not find abnormality.
